How can I tell if my online registration went through?
You will receive an onscreen message and an auto-generated email confirming successful registration. You should also receive a Stripe confirmation. Please allow up to 30 minutes (and check your spam folder). CONTACT US if you don’t receive these emails.
Do I need a Stripe account to register?
No. We use Stripe as a credit card processing system and you don't need an account.
Can I still register if it’s after the registration deadline?
Please CONTACT US to check availability and get on the waiting list.
Can I register by mail and pay by check?
No. Registration now is ONLY through our online registration system. If you have difficulty please ask a buddy for help. If that’s not possible please CONTACT US and we will assist over the phone.
Can I attend but not stay overnight?
We encourage all participants to unplug from daily life and experience Woman To Woman as a fully immersive weekend.
Can I register and pay for a friend?
Yes, but each registration must be a separate transaction and have a unique email address. So, you will need the email address of the person you are registering.
When will I receive my Confirmation Letter?
Detailed information will be emailed mid to late June from [email protected]. Please add us to your contacts.
What if I registered but cannot attend?
Registration fees are non-refundable but you can have someone to attend in your place. Find a friend, or we can provide a list of ladies wanting to attend. Please CONTACT US as soon as possible. Substitutions must be final and received by us before 5:00pm on Tuesday, July 14th to be honored. We are unable to accommodate attendee changes after that time.
When will I know about my roommate or suitemates?
We provide this at Attendee Check-in. We do our best to accommodate housing requests but cannot guarantee requests, and are unable to provide advance information on arrangements. Room assignments are final. The best way to ensure that you are housed with your friends is by registering early and clearly indicating your housing preferences, including their correct full name. Have your room/suitemates also register ASAP and have them clearly indicate their room/suitemates preferences.
How much does parking cost?
For 2025, parking was $8 per night per car and will likely be the same for 2026.
Can I purchase parking in advance? How and when do I do that?
We encourage drivers to purchase parking a few days in advance. Each parking pass is tied to your specific license plate. We include the UCSB parking link in your Confirmation Letter.
What should I bring to the weekend?
Please find a suggested list on our EVENT INFO page. We also include this list in your Confirmation Letter.
What if I have physical limitations? Can I still enjoy the weekend?
Yes. UCSB is ADA accessible. Housing is located across a thruway from Workshops, Dining, Hospitality, and Pool. Ramps and elevators are available to accommodate walkers and wheelchairs.
Is there Disabled Person Parking?
Yes. Please indicate that you have a disabled person parking placard when you register.
Please remember that Woman To Woman is organized and presented by a committee of dedicated volunteers and we aren’t able to address last-minute requests.
