DURING THE EVENT

Friday afternoon

  • Hostess – Greet women arriving, direct them to Registration, then to Luggage Drop-off Parking – Greet women arriving, instruct them on temporary parking for luggage drop-off, direct them to their dorm.

Throughout the weekend

  • Coffee – Stock and tidy the Coffee Bar in Hospitality. A shift is 1-2-hours.

  • Hospitality – Stock, tidy, and staff the Goodies Table. A shift is 1-2 hours.

  • Workshop Leader – Lead a Topic Workshop by assigning someone to be timekeeper, opening the meeting, and giving the lead share.

You can help us plan the Weekend and have a lot of fun in the process!!

Meetings are one hour, held the first Tuesday of the month. Most meetings are via Zoom with a few crucial meetings in person. We generally meet eight times per year. Our off months are typically August, October, December, and January.
